      No Pros. Dishonest and only out for themselves.

      Cons

      Refusal to pay expenses. Does not keep their word. Left me hanging with over $10k in expenses.

      Great company to work for if you are driven

      Pros

      Great people to work with, from leadership down to the individual teams. Most folks are nice and willing to help when needed. There are lots of opportunities for growth but only if you’re willing to speak up and take control. It is a very “work hard, play hard” culture which could be a con, but in my opinion it is a pro, especially if you are a driven person and highly motivated.

      Cons

      The work can be extremely repetitive but that just comes with the territory of solely chasing a certain product type. Lack of (working hour) flexibility can be considered a con as well. Hybrid roles seem to be the new norm now in the overall market.
