      Pros

      The recruiter / handler that I worked with was new but he did a good job. We communicated via text and that went well. He did have a sly sense of humor thinking it was funny to let me think I didn't get the job and then saying, he was just kidding. That still sticks in my mind because I desperately needed the job.

      Cons

      This is seasonal work, don't hand you hat on doing this long term, you've got about six to eight months at a stretch during tax season (Sept to April), the system is really professional and they won't hesitate to let you know when you're off the mark and not keeping up.

      Cons

      Vague communication Leadership changes on a monthly basis which in turn leads to the vague communication. No system or process to allocation of jobs.
