      Pros

      You get the opportunity to meet so many people and build connections. The pay and benefits are good

      Cons

      The hours are insane bc they don’t want to spend on hiring. You need to have thick skin because the VP of sales and CEO will scream at you on a daily basis. People were mass quitting because of the horrible working environment. They tried to cover up an employee overriding the system and putting a patient at risk. High turnover rate with employees. The awards they “win” for best workplace is far from the truth.

      Great product that is revolutionizing the interventional cardiology space. Partnered with a large company, Medtronic.

      Cons

      CEO. Management is very scary to work for. I truly mean this, it is a terrifying experience that is unlike any work environment I've heard of. If you can separate yourself mentally from them, you may survive.

      Pros

      You get to work with some incredible people that are very talented. Learning a new cutting edge medical technology. International companies are great for learning new cultures.

      Cons

      You have no work life balance and are expected to constantly choose work over life. The CEO likes to keep it a small company feeling and at first is really friendly. You quickly learn he is manipulative and not your friend. He over works and micro manages everything. He yells and mistreats employees. Some people are really intelligent but choose to con their way to the top. Don't expect a raise even if promised...
