      I have worked for Don Clark at CATHEXES, llc since 1999. CATHEXES is the most inclusive and diverse architectural firm I have worked for in my lengthy career. (30+ years) Every person that joins our team is given every opportunity to succeed and/or fail based solely on their individual efforts. If you show initiative / or not, you will be mentored to reach your full potential. CATHEXES fully promotes a "TEAM" environment and nurtures all who look to up their game in the field of architecture and design.

      Project Architect...until there were mass lay-offs

      Pros

      The team was wonderful and there were some nice weekly team-building activities.

      Cons

      I never would have taken the job there had I know that all of our jobs relied on raising venture capital funds. I would have steered clear of this job and moved onto other job offers had I understood the nature of their business model.
