      Schedule flexibility, dedicated coworkers, work independence

      Cons

      Poor management, poor support from corporate level, focused on skilled nursing units, little to no focus on personal care units. Poor training, false promises about opportunities during hiring process that never existed once hired.

      Ok pay for not working in a hospital, when staffed correctly I really enjoyed working there

      Cons

      Disorganized, no backup from management, understaffed majority of the time, high turnover rate and alot of agency nurses/aides
