      Lots of potential and an energising but demanding environment

      Pros

      Causaly has a great product portfolio and a real shot at winning in a category of product that promises to create a lot of value. We are pushing hard to capture the opportunity in front of us, which creates an energising but demanding environment that's not for everyone. If you are up for the challenge, the people are great and genuinely pull together towards the mission.

      Cons

      It feels like we are stretched a bit too thin at the moment. This hasn't always been the case, and is reflective of the commercial opportunities which are currently presenting themselves.
