      Pros

      Great pay, benefits and very nice company events.

      Cons

      On the surface it was a great place to work but after the honeymoon period I began to realize that it was a toxic environment where there is resistance to collaboration between teams and individuals were often quick to point fingers at others for errors made.

      Pros

      this is the inverse of a traditional money management firm, in that the core business is performing worse than the benchmark over 1,3,5,10 year periods. turnover across all functions remains high. The employees that remain - note the continued departure of senior investment team members including partners - are those employees competent in politics not investing.
