Well, Let's see 1. Ridiculous global management and their mindset about technology adoption. 2. Management confused about their Bangalore office as RnD but it is actually a UK back-office. 3. The folks in UK office don't care who joined in team and who are leaving from team. 4. A group of narrow-minded/self-centred idiots are managing Bangalore office. 5. Make sure you have another offer in-hand before you question these idiots. Cause you will be harassed until you leave! 6. A question mark is guaranteed on your face when you realize your interview discussions are Mars-away from what you are asked to do on the job. 7. Age-old technologies in breadwinning products and their strict weird mindset around them. 8. Age old-working hours policies. 9. They strongly believe WFH is a way employees cheat employer. 10. UK management almost doesn't know what's happening in Banglore office. Maybe they are least cared to know! 11. Employee feedback is a joke. 12. You will see a lot of Jokers around. Who doesn't know what is market outside and who will make you leave office if you are not aligning with them. 13. These Jokers are obvious favourites for Bangalore Management. 14. You will find these Jokers at least one in almost all the teams in Bangalore. 15. Bangalore Management doesn't know how to run their office, value their employees, show empathy towards them and retain them. They are making their life by looting UK office and maintaining their assistants in all teams. 16. This company adds NO value to your resume. 17. It's a Joke to see a non-technical person to manage Bangalore office and command technical teams who don't even know how to speak and understand their perspectives. 18. You will agree with most of -ve reviews within no time even if you have joined this company somehow. Wanted to write some more but sorry guys - these people don't worth my time! Finally, remember these for a long time - Love Technology - DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY! Love Innovation - DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY! Want to learn everyday - DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY! Their is nothing good here. So many cons here to mention.

Causeway is not an employee friendly company. Top management in Bangalore will keep on doing micromanagement and keep an eye on your every movement. I have been working here for more than 5 years and have seen lots of employees including local HR leaving this company within months after joining due to so much micro management by Bangalore top management. 1. No good working environment and so called culture 2. No flexible hours. Every employees needs to complete mandatory 8 hours in office 3. No WFH given to employees. Only top management in Bangalore is eligible for it. If you are having any emergency also and want to WFH then only they will not allow bcoz Bangalore top management want you in office to keep an eye on you. 4. Team and management is not supportive at all. Everyone is trying to show themselves superior 5. No such employee wellness activities I have seen in last 5 years 6. No such opportunities to learn. Technologies used here is outdated and it's not in demand in current market scenario. 7. No good pay scale. Me and my friends have uneven salary with same years of experience.. Recently came to know people with 3 years getting same salary what I am getting after 5 years of experience 8. No such recognition and awards to employees. Those things are only give to top management to keep an eye on employees and keeping UK HR informed with employees complaints on what so and so doing. 9. The Bangalore top management want employees to work as per them if not then you are free to leave the company 10. No such employee engagement or celebrations happening in office for Bangalore location 11. There is no HR in Bangalore. Everything is managed by UK HR and as per feedback by Bangalore top management. Local HR left the company within 4 months after joining due to micro management by Bangalore top executives 12. Company is financially strong but only for top management. While appraisals,we get peanuts and Bangalore top management gets good amount for keeping an eye on employees and making them work like donkeys. 13. Stop giving fake reviews about company. Employees working here knows the reality.

Except for top management in Bangalore, rest all are good employees.

Cons

There are so many points to mention here 1. No work life balance 2. No work from home 3. Any leaves has to be approved by top management in Bangalore otherwise HR will not approve it 4. Too much micro management by Bangalore top management 5. No rewards for good teams or employees 6. For lunch or after office outing, employees need to inform top management in Bangalore 7. For doing anything in this company, you need to have permission from top management in Bangalore otherwise your appraisal will take a hit or you may be thrown out of the company. 8. 8 hours mandatory login. Bangalore top management also keep an eye on you to check how many loo and cigarette breaks you have taken. 9. Too many restrictions on your way of dressing, behaviour and working by top management in Bangalore 10. Top management in Bangalore also keeps on eye on your Naukri and LinkedIn profiles to check whether you are looking out for job change or applying to any positions outside company 11. Only 10 national holidays instead of 12 holidays as per govt norm 12. No R&D or development work happening in Bangalore. They call themselves as R&D for developing products but they do R&D in how to keep an eye on employees and make them work as much as you can without rewarding employees. 13. Probation in this company is tough to clear as for most of the employees either get extensions due to poor track record of work timing or due to their behaviour. Everything is as per top management feedback in Bangalore. 14. No innovative ideas appreciated by top management in Bangalore. But they will take your ideas and put in front of UK team and show them as there ideas. 15. Most of the products are outdated and no clarity on future growth 16. No parking space for two wheeler's. Only top management in Bangalore have dedicated space in basement otherwise employees just have to park there vehicles out in open where anyone can steal. 17. Top management in Bangalore want employees to come during Bharat Bandh or National strike. 18. No career growth in this company, technology used is outdated and top management in Bangalore does not know what's next or what to do for future sustainability. 19.
