- Growth opportunities come with loads of areas of responsibility, sometimes to an extreme, causing a big workload - The communication from leadership doesn't always seem transparent

Pros
Fully remote, super easy going and a very human and fun team. There is such a great atmosphere and it really feels like a second family. Love it!
Cons
Because it's fully remote, it's a bit harder to get to know people from other markets.
