pay plan is weak, 50 mini , lower than avg. % scale unless you sell 10 cars. many new car deals are minis, do the math , bonus level at 9+ units,but the mgt loads the sales floor up w/ salespeople to make that number difficult to achieve, tons of nepotism/ favoritism that robs opportunities from other salespeople

Very difficult starting out. A lot of income may not be achievable for several months. Back end gross commissions not available until 9 units sold per month. Sales Managers help drive sales when they feel like it, and often are unavailable or unwilling. Health care for family is extremely expensive.
