First Employer in US and I knew from The beginning after the interview i will love working with them .

1- Professional 2-Learning every day 3- They all are helpful and very friendly 4-I like that the Executive Team share everything and try to take everyone opinions before they take any action.

Cons

Just one thing still we don't have 401 k plan yet but i know they will do it soon .

Being on a small team means each person carries a big chunk of the responsibilities on a project. This can easily cause a feeling of being overwhelmed, which is not for everyone.
