Great staff selection, everyone that works there is great at what they do and enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Hiring of staff can take way too long, by the time they are hired the work is dumped on them because the rest of the team are too understaffed. Some of the expectations are unrealistic vs salary. Work/life balance can be off a bit. Career progression is more limited than promised
