Pros

None at all. I took a driving job but they want you to vacuum and clean the cars. And there's nothing to eat in the area.

Cons

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Atmosphere and conditions. Everybody doesn't seem like they want to be there and could you blame them for Only $8 hour and they tell me there's growth potential. Not a chance.

Dead end job

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

- "Cavalry Staffing" isn't really a "company", but a tiny division of mom & pop Ohio-based "Stanley Staffing" - They are a labor subcontractor to Enterprise-Rent-A-Car & National/Alamo in only 3 airports (PHX, JFK, & Newark), although they will make themselves out to be bigger than they really are in their misleading online employment ads. - 99.9% of the people they hire are part-time & paid minimum-wage. - Their full-time employees make less than $40K a year, most less than $25K (even the ones who live out in NY & NJ) and are expected to work 60+ hours a week. They are labeled as "salaried" so that the company doesn't have to pay the employee over-time. - Bleak financial future. They've attempted to expand into Philadelphia & Fort Worth and have failed miserably each time. - No career growth opportunities whatsoever. - Poor HR practices leave them wide open for lawsuits & union infiltration. - No job security whatsoever due to the divisions lackluster financial performance & fickle management.

Absolutely a JOKE

Pros

I was contacted out of the blue. At least they really are recruiting where other companies just let you register and you never hear from them.

Cons

When it got time to get paid, they conveniently LOST my direct deposit form and put my money in a PAYCARD that they get commissions for. THEN when I went to use the card there was NOTHING on it. They say they have no idea where it is and I have to take it up with the PAYCARD company. They have been redirecting me back to Cavalry and its been 2 weeks and I still dont have my money.
