Bad company to work for.

Nice Location with an easy access to Marina Mall , restaurants and supermarket. Great building facilities.

Cons

Really poor management,no structure; no decision making. Owner of the company has no respect for his employees.This is definitely not a company to work for if you want to build a career. There is a high turnover and salary are below the market. Big disappointment.

lack of leadership professionalism. Simple things can become too complex. Because it is a individual held business, every person is used to increase the sole owner's profit. Without morals, social duty, training, or a career path. noble things are repeatedly stated but they are definitely not on the agenda. significant marketing investments to make the company "appear great" from the outside. When you enter, the appalling low standards are immediately visible.
