      Unrealistic growth strategy and constant employee and role changes keeps people on edge... Culture declined as company attempted to right the ship with no real strategic plan.

      Amazing instructional designers, interesting client projects, mobile work model, competitive pay, and good benefits

      EXTREMELY cliquish, WEAK management who will throw team members under the bus, EXTREMELY HIGH turnover, and lack of skilled project management

      Pros

      There are some wildly talented instructional designers on staff. CEO is genuinely a great person and strives for the best for his employees, clients, and the learning industry. Lots of blue chip clients in F1000.

      Cons

      Too much turnover. While the company has been around for ~15 years, it feels like perpetual start-up mode.
