(1) Start-up Culture (2) Direct interaction with the Top Management and CEO (Who is an industry stalwart with a career spanning 28 years). (3) Remuneration and benefits (higher than industry standards). (4) Challenging and interesting Work (5) Friendly and approachable Top Management.

Cons

(1) Right now they operate out of a business center shared with other firms, however they plan to move to a permanent and exclusive office space by December. (2) Saturdays are working

No hike, No project, No career growth

Pros

Salary is given even when there is no project or even when we don’t work and even when we don’t maintain time. People can come and go as they please.

Cons

Salary will be delayed. We will get salary on installment, that too on 15 and 25 of a month. No career growth. You cannot learn any new technologies. Both development and testing.
