      The management had too much politics. People that aren't worthy to be in higher positions got it through connections. A ton of powertrips done by managerial positions.

      Pros

      Challenging environment will force you to learn the maintenance practices fast. Before the pandemic, we had lots of opportunity for trainings and exposure. Staff travel is one of the best perks and the company is ahead when it comes digitization and sustainability.

      Cons

      Low salary compared to other airlines. Poor middle management in engineering. Very slow promotion unless you are favored by top management.
