- Somewhat 'flexible' hours - Location

Where to start...? - Little or no pay rises, but plenty to give the highly overpaid 'consultants' - Countless redundancies in the last year; if they want you out, they will find a way! - Increasing work load for no extra pay, bonuses or incentives - Constant low morale; the company lost its magic a long time ago - No progression - Useless IT system - Go on about their great company perks. What perks? They offer nothing but a standard package that every other company offers - Old and tired looking office, which they once asked employees to volunteer one weekend and help paint! - Staff kept in the dark about the state of the company

They are not alone - the whole industry is bad

Cons

Where do I start - Everything is a mirage. Terrible internal communication within the company. Staff are continually lied to about EVERYTHING. No creativity. You will never progress anywhere unless you are one of the favoured few. Most staff want to leave or are leaving.

I worked in the newly formed Digital Studio (formerly Reactive). The team were fantastic, innovative and enthusiastic. Great location by Covent Garden Thats it I am afraid

Cons

All the enthusiasm was sucked out of this very talented team because the management team had no idea what innovative digital projects looked like. The Management team came from a print background and they were very successful there however Digital was different and they did not take any time to understand and learn from the people how could teach them. It was extremely hierarchical, very mistrusting type of atmosphere and what happened was that people started to leave in the droves
