Very toxic management, toxic work environment, Director will go behind your back. No one wants to help in leadership when short staffed. Director daughters seem like they go to model and not work, pretending to sit and look busy but who knows what they even do, same with executive director, who knows what the heck she does because she is helpless when going to ask for help. Founders are worst, only care about the money going to their pocket.
