Horrible place to work for

Pros

Easy to get to with decent parking. Plenty of places to grab lunch and within walking distance. Nice quiet safe area, even at night

Cons

You hear racist epitaphs and vulgarity from one of the executives. Company slashed bonuses and raises. Upper management displays favoritism and discrimination. Management proclaims "Team Cedar" but in reality it is team upper management.

Management is progressive and genuinely invested in maximizing employees’ personal and professional growth.
