Administration is awful, they have favorites. The CEO hires only his friends over more qualified people. He was sued for racketeering. A therapist friend of his was promoted to a high position, while the school she attended wasn’t even accredited. The DON and ADON secretly record you, if you’re called into their office. Constantly short staffed to the point of being dangerous, pay is low, reward the lazy and entitled. A Nurse manager that never leaves her office.

Everything. From the CEO who gossips just as much as floor staff. Toxic work environment. Nepotism rules. you’ll be promoted with no experience. You can be under qualified and get hired on the spot. Reportables are swept under the rug and hidden from corporate and state agencies.

Everything else. I worked here since 2017 and nothing has changed. The place is all about admin work and not patient care anymore. Im done being a glorified babysitter. Nothing has been fixed. They created a bunch of supervisoty positions for what? To micomanage us? That diesnt fix the fact that you now expect us to do the job of 3 people. Its sad how bad we are treated. Its time for me to leave.
