      Pros

      Cedaron provides a great environment to work in. They actively try their best to get the team together to bond. At any job, I think it's important that it doesn't always feel like your talking to coworkers but your friends. At Cedaron is where I feel I have made friends.

      Cons

      There is room for improvement for anything and growing with the company can take time.

      - Lovely, friendly approachable co-workers from senior management down - Great place for self starters, people with a lot of ideas and want to lead new initiatives to really make a difference - Constantly improving workplace - Working flexible hours allows responsibilities at University to be balanced with work commitments

      Cons

      -Sometimes the pace is fast, this is not necessarily a con but it might not be for everyone. -Covid-19 friendly atmosphere which means that a lot of employees are working from home, this definitely a plus but may not be for everyone.
