Executive Leadership takes forever to answer questions, make decisions, communicate decisions, or follow through with action. Very slow.
Lack of standardization. About 80% of the work might be transaction processing, which should mean there are standard processes, but everybody pretty much invents their own way - and not everyone is a good inventor.
They pay most people at the lower end of the pay scales.
