      Pros

      Nothing, it was horrendous, dreaded a Monday leaving the office on a Friday night.

      Cons

      Awful management/HR bullying/talking about others is clear to see but nothing is done about it. Unpleasant office environment. Training is next to none and you're left to just get on with it. If you're going to have "mentors" at least have them available to help...

      hour lunch and some nice staff. Fast paced environment, days were quick.

      Cons

      poor working practices, e.g. staff using different systems to complete the same tasks, not ideal trying to learn the internal systems. No training provided, and a serious blame culture. Poor Pay.
