Too much directors running around, Cegeka mainly grows through acquisitions and every CEO of formerly taken-over companies gets a seat in the boardroom which makes it very bureaucratic and hard to take swift decisions at top level. Infrastructure, Applications, Outsourcing and Professional Services are all islands with their own BU management, there is no cooperation at all between these islands and the climate is very protective towards their own BU's. A central sales team was created to tackle this but this was a joke as other BU managers did not support this cross-channel approach. Cegeka's CEO only cares about growth, all the rest such as employee satisfaction, work-life balance, bonus compensation etc is not important. The pay is generally less than other ICT companies located in Brussels.
