Free movies and discounts on the concession stand and fun games the managers create during the summer.

Cons

There is some favoritism and hours get cut.

Pros

Free movies (for yourself mostly, there are passes you earn overtime for others) and half off concessions. It makes a difference you most definitely miss when you leave. Also, the training period is very in-depth and guiding, and the activities in the summer and around the holidays keeps work interesting!

Cons

The pay isn’t worth the workload and even the time you get out (around 10 or 11, even on school nights). It can also feel like you’re competing with others to be recognized by upper management to move onto Concessions or other areas.
