The milestones are obtainable and are laid out week one, which is very helpful as you train, ramp up and begin to offer value (close deals) as a member of the sales team. Easy access to the Founders, CEO, and VPs of the company ensure constant mentoring and that any new employee succeeds. The team at Celect is sitting on an incredible opportunity to shake up the retail space and to make a name for themselves.

There is an essence of "capturing lightning in a bottle" here at Celect. There is no doubt that the science out of MIT is truly a scientific breakthrough, but more importantly a product has been built which delivers on the promise of the underlying research. Most importantly, there is a market where this technology seems to be custom made for - every retailer understands the concept of Customer Choice Modeling, and is interested in better understanding how their customers choose. The team here so far is top notch with a mix of experiences and skill sets, and willing to help each other.
