      Pros

      Good learning, lots of trainings and vast clients to have vast experience of regulatory affairs.

      Cons

      1. Toxic work culture 2. They bring clients which they can not handle and then they burden the employee with useless work pressure 3. Even if u give your blood to the organization the maximum hike u get will never cross 10-12% (MOSTLY AVERAGE IS 5%) 4. There are managers here who think it is ok to work in day and also very ok to work in night. All employees work day n night 5. The usual culture of a review here is that ALL managers review documents at late evening (say they start 7 PM) and expect employee to correct n send to client by middle of night (say 2 AM). This is very usual. 6. Toxic managers here. They have no personal life n they assume that others dont have it too. 7. Join if u dont have any other option. Else Stay away.
