Pros
Easy and laid back. Allows flexible time (Sort of. If you need to pick up kid it is ok that you leave and come back later) Competitive pay as in Shanghai. Frequent change of company directions (if you like new and exciting adventures)
Cons
No promotion guidelines. Small scale. Engineering team is sometimes led by product people. No overtime pay. It is normal to get messages after 11pm (not on-call duty) Frequent change of company directions (if you don't like to be forced to learn everyday)
