Pros

This role at Celeris Partners for the last 4 years (2018 -2022) offers an environment that is fast-paced, engaging, and interactive in a way that you can really miss out on by joining a establish firm. One of the best parts of the job is that the office is small in numbers (around 10 at the end of October 2022), but operates like a large firm, so you are able to be one-on-one Senior-level recruiters all-day-every-day. They offer a lot of flexibility, Some recruiters work from home 4 days per week if they don't live in Kent but overall, all the team enjoy 3 days working from home. The compensation is very competitive with a high basic salary and a clear structure commission on a quarterly and yearly basis. Additionally, management is always looking for our recommendations, or input, on company incentives to improve our lives in and out of work. I think this feature shows how valuable each employee is to them, and it makes coming to work and producing for our management team that much more rewarding. The Manager insists that everyone meet to activities quota.

Cons

There are not many negatives to this job, only that the industry itself is very cyclical. In recruiting, there are high highs and low lows. It can be difficult when a group at the office is underperforming because it affects everyone. But it comes with the territory of the industry in a small, private firm.

Pros

A collaborative approach from top to bottom - everyone has a voice. Focused on building relationships and servicing the clients. - Expectations are clearly set for each employee, which includes metrics. -The Company gives you the tools to be a successful recruiter with various platforms, and they also do not micromanage. -They encourage creativity and experience sharing so the whole company can be successful. The Management team is supportive and transparent with weekly check-ins and company meetings where I genuinely believe they care about each employee's professional and personal life. Celeris provided a lot of flexibility for their working moms and dads which speaks to the “family” culture.

Cons

Fast-paced (target-driven) environment, which might not suit everyone. To make high production comes high accountability to deliver on goals and numbers.

Pros

Celeris Partners is an excellent company to work for. They take team culture seriously, It puts you in the best position to get the most out of the job. Amazing benefits (a good basic salary for the industry, we are based in Ashford (Kent) and our salary is very competitive to London, good health insurance for your all family…) - Great culture.

Cons

Not a lot to report for the moment, recruitment can be disheartening sometimes but it is not a Celeris Partners issue.
