Pros

Celero was good experience to see what a referral model was like with account executives. With the eventual acquisitions it was good experience to see how companies were intregrated for better or worse. Kevin Jones to CEO I think is a good man overall, he does listen to ideas and takes take the time of day to do so. I can say management is under a lot of stress to perform from the owner and financier for the whole startup.

Cons

The downside of the company would be the goals given to it yearly and ultimately where it needs to be in order for it to be acquired.

Pros

Co-workers were supportive and friendly.

Cons

The company is managed pretty poorly. If you work here its best to keep your head low and CYA. Because management tries to be very sly.

Pros

Fast paced, low tech, high churn rate makes it easy to stand out, management doesn't sugar coat where the organization is at financially or from a revenue standpoint, never a lack of work to be done, days will fly by and turn into decades while you cling on for dear life.

Cons

Low pay, lots of hours, revolving door of new hires, little to no incentivation or reward for working hard, organization only awards small incremental wage increases and only assesses market value at hiring, does not promote internally and will fill positions with unqualified folks lacking industry experience while expecting others to plug the gaps. Tooling is sad. The lack of AI instruction or policy is disappointing. The org itself is duct taped together by spreadsheets and fragmented sharepoint folders requiring a geological dive through past employed ghosts who you are surely to join soon.
