      None...just another number to them

      Cons

      So I started was told need pay less than what prior earning because contract was remote, however was going into office. Also when left didn't receive full pto payout. No perks throughout year like my last contract company. Only one insurance plan.

      Higher paying jobs are overseas. Position in the US, particularly on the East Coast do not pay to account for the cost of living.
