      They keep laying people off, about 7 or 8 lay offs in the past 6 years, no raise this year

      2-2-3 schedule Work life balance was good Good insurance and 401k

      Cons

      Have to jump through hoops to get your raises. Very unstable Lack of respect to manufacturing employees Cut manufacturing hours back to 36 hour weeks for 3/4 of the year meanwhile everyone else kept normal pay. Terrible leadership and management
