Pros

-The actual workers are great. -Relaxed environment when the CEO is out of the office -You will experience most areas of IT -Free lunch on Fridays, but it has to be healthy

Cons

-CEO is not a leader and will fire you just because -The Pay is not even the national average for job title/duties -No training - CEO believes that if you want to better yourself for the company, you will do it on your own time with your own money -CEO constantly harasses employees who he does not have a good relationship with (i.e. - an attempt to push them out the door; get them to quit) -Job description doesn't cover all of the random duties that you will be assigned -No promotions within as the CEO does not believe in job titles, but he will make sure everyone knows that he is the CEO -Lack of communication within "leadership" department -No HR department to formally file a complaint -CEO will kick you out of his office if you attempt to file a complaint -CEO has stated several times that he does not care if everyone quits - he does not care -Benefits are horrible - I only know of one person out of several that actually use them and it's vision only -There is an IRA option, but company will only match the minimum up to a certain ammount -High stress -Constant changes regarding procedures/policies -Either no documentation or documentation is spread throughout the network - either way, nothing standardized -New hire process is a joke - no organization at all -Security measures not followed -Did I mention that the CEO has no leadership qualities? He does what he wants, when he wants, regardless of the consequences or what his "team" has to say -This company is the absolute worst IT company to work for and there are at least seven others (that I know without a shadow of a doubt) that agree with everything I have mentioned above -Constant weekend work without compensation (either pay or time off)

Pros

Not a thing, nothing, nada, zilch

Cons

Before accepting a position at celito, I really should have asked about how many salespeople that they burn through. There was no training - NONE. Training consisted of "asking" for help with something. 3 weeks into the job the CEO starts pushing for bringing in sales. He is a narcissistic, egotistical, self important, self proclaimed business genius. The fact that he owns a 20 person company that has not grown beyond $3M/Yr in revenue (guessing but I'm sure it's close and it includes renewals) after 20 years is a testament to his complete lack of leadership, business acumen and his completely overinflated ego goes a long way in showing what a sad sad joke of a CEO he really is (Who has the office Admin bring him a fresh cup of coffee when he gets into the office these days?) I have been in IT Sales for a very long time and have been a top performer throughout my career and have never worked at a company this small but I went into this opportunity with enthusiasm and a sense of commitment that I would be able to make an impact. Almost immediately it was obvious that this was not going to be the case. The “Opps” person has the demeaner and attitude of a damp twinkie and if she doesn’t care for you – it's very apparent. Ranking celito was tough because it didn’t give me an option to rate it zero stars and it almost hurt to give it 1. The “Schtick” celito plays is that they are “local” - that is true and that is all they will ever be. It is to celito’s benefit that they fly below the radar because if they posed a legitimate challenge to any larger, better, capable competitor (as in anyone), they would be wiped off the map. Celito will be around for a while toiling in their $1k - $3k deals and celebrating these wins as herculean accomplishments while the world around them laughs. In short, I did ask one of the employees how many salespeople celito has burned through and it was crickets – not a good sign. After a month, I was called into the CEO’s office and given some rambling, meandering string of nonsensical words that they were letting me go. If you get a call for an interview from celito – RUN. You will be saving yourself time, headache and dignity. Like I said – Jokes are supposed to be funny – This joke is a trainwreck.
