401k match and health benefits. Attending or working at scientific trade shows can be nice experiences if you are in good with your boss and Marketing. If not, you probably won't get selected to go.
Cons
Notoriously low paying for the industry. There is so much nepotism. The corporate culture is like a boys club. It's very difficult for women to get promoted and middle management is comprised of mostly men. Misogyny and sexism are well tolerated. If you have any issues with management, don't go to HR. You are better off leaving the company.
Health insurance, vacations, and work from home policy
Cons
The worst possible upper management; lacks vision and strategy; a lot of favoritism, bias, and nepotism making it hard for people to move up and get promotions; HR is seriously useless and a joke; a total time waste for anyone ambitious and wanting to grow
Benefits, vacation time, commitment to social and environmental issues.
Cons
Low pay, lack of middle management, rampant nepotism im hiring, too many full-time "tenured" employees that accomplish very, very little. Feels like 3-4 smaller companies rather than one unified group.
Good perks like bonuses, summer and "holiday" parties, raffles, etc.
Cons
Favoritism (and nepotism) abounds. Middle management ranges from great to deplorable. Like adademia, the "tenured" folks can do no wrong and advancement is very slow.
