      Pros

      Working with the best, everyone motivated to the same goal, and trusting the knowledge and expertise from peoples past experiences. It’s always a challenge but we face it together.

      Cons

      Nowhere is perfect for everyone. It’s a new challenge every day and you have to find a way to overcome and ease those hardships and if that’s not your cup of tea, then this isn’t the place for you. Benefits aren’t bad, but hopefully will improve as the company does better.

      Team bonding, good perks like food, great accessories for work (computer, headphones, etc.), opportunity for growth, genuinely nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Commuting isn’t the best. It’s a start up, expect it to have its challenges.
