      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience at Cellebrite. The work-life balance is excellent, and the people are genuinely supportive and enjoyable to work with. There is a strong culture of learning and professional development, with opportunities to grow and continuously challenge yourself. The environment strikes a healthy balance between maintaining a sense of urgency and execution while still respecting thoughtful processes and long-term thinking. It is a place that encourages people to think critically, develop their intelligence, and keep learning rather than becoming stagnant. Compensation and benefits are among the best I’ve experienced, and overall the company provides a rewarding environment for people who want to make an impact and continue growing.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, it is naturally becoming more corporate, and some processes have become heavier over time. While structure is important, it is equally important to ensure that bureaucracy does not outweigh agility, employee experience, and a healthy work environment. Maintaining the balance between efficient processes and empowering people will be key to preserving the culture that makes the company special.
