Pros

you start out making 10 dollars an hour. health benefits AVAILABLE after 30 days.

Cons

you never get a raise. you can't afford health benefits because you do not make enough money, yet you cannot qualify for the medicaid expansion because you make over the monthly income limit. no hot water for hand washing. no janitorial staff or contractors. no gender assigned restrooms. insufficient restrooms available for the number of people working in the building (almost always a wait). insufficient ventilation in rest rooms. insufficient ventilation in chemical fume hood. no temperature control. no pest control (wasps). forced to take a 1 hour unpaid lunch every day so that everyone can participate in the company's lunch wiffle ball game. little to no training. they hire every worker that walks in the door, even if they have have no work ethic or moral decency. they may force you to do dangerous tasks, even if you repeatedly voice concern, while NOT FORCING others to do those same tasks when their concerns are stated -- and then fire you if you stand up for yourself.
