Where do I start. 90% of the people who were working here have left in the first year this new management took over.
No knowledgeable trainers to train new hires. The company is top heavy with higher management practicing nepotism to increase in number. The hands on technicians being hired are mostly fresh out of college.
Always short staffed and those remaining are overworked. Facilities are spread in three different buildings. Labs in one, desk area in another. Hard to get promotions.
