      Decent place to work

      Pros

      Gained experience. Commute was convenient. 40 hours workweek, overtime not required. New modern office and equipment.

      Cons

      Management all over the place. People are promoted / hired based on relationships. You can work really hard and not be advanced. Friends and relatives of management get titles and pay over experience.

      1. Management is clueless. 2. HR takes pride in terminating people.. 3. No potential for growth. 4. Group that I worked was not supportive and leader was not engaged..
