Good mix of general staff.
Cons
There is a low regard for the design and field engineers by the senior management. I have heard them make derogatory remarks towards long serving staff. I also recommend checking your contract carefully and have a solicitor check it if you are unsure Don’t trust promises given as in my case they were not worth anything.
