      Some people are friendly. If you need a temporary or springboard job. Unlimited PTO.

      Management and logistics are disorganized They will call you regularly outside of business hours No pay raises or growth opportunities Poor work conditions - dusty, dilapidated carpet, and no windows

      Close to my home, casual dressing, good-hearted workers.

      Cons

      Unless you have a taste for dysfunction, this place will drive anyone crazy. Owner change his mind from one to the next like nothing I've seen before. CFO is a glorified CPA without any common sense. President of sales goes MIA all the time, never answers emails or calls.
