      Great workplace with supportive management, but project focus shifts

      Pros

      Good company with a positive work environment. Salaries are always paid on time, and the workload is well balanced. The management team is supportive and professional. My manager was very helpful and always available when needed. Overall, it is a great place to work, with a friendly culture and good opportunities to learn and grow.

      Service based company after project completion or client contract complete take care.

      On time salary, work culture

      Cons

      Lack of business, no growth or future. Company has been unable to evolve especially in the AI race. The management and sales have no clue on how to get business and that is leading to stagnant business and opportunities in the last many years. There are frequent layoffs. Communication from the US leadership is non existent. They are more worried about their saving their own jobs. Work culture is ok for now but is deteriorating.
