Pros
Free tanning is a plus. They close early on weekends so I never work super late which is really nice.
Cons
You make 7.75 an hour to work your tail off every shift. You do get commission but it's almost impossible when you only work part time. I signed up to get into sales and clean tanning beds, but little did I know, I also had to deep clean the salon twice a day. It's too much work for not enough money. Also, scheduling is horrible. There's no room to call in sick or miss a day for a death in the family, especially if you're only working part time. It's also so gossipy. The people I work with all talk bad about each other behind their backs, and then are nice to their faces. I feel like I work in a middle school.
