Worst work culture.

Pros

Few good co-workers. It has good cafetaria where people can relax and enjoy fresh air

Cons

The marketing and business development team is worst. It doesn't work with the Engineering team which resulted in failure to get many customer projects. The company is privately owned by a person who sits in Australia and his gang of sycophants manage the company in India. These people ruined the work culture by have sycophants of their own. You will be asked to quit just before completing 5 years of employment so that the company can avoid paying you gratuity.

Pros

Opportunity to work on wide spectrum of technologies and domains. Embedded software, web technologies, Multi function device drivers, mobile apps, cloud based development, and multiple platforms skills like Windows, Linux and Macintosh, Pretty good work culture and good technical skills within the team. Also has some good customers.

Cons

Too few employee benefits outside of CTC. Pretty much everything will be taxed. Can look at something like an insurance cover with better benefits which are difficult when individually done.
