Pros

Good Infrastructure. Working for good Products with quality and coding standard. Recommended for freshers and advice to stay only one year over there.

Cons

- Too much discipline. - Too much rules. - Everything is confidential there. - Low annually pay rise. - Poor Bonus System - Frequently change in rules as well as pay policy - Every employee is too much afraid from management. - "Bolonge nahi to Pata kese chalenga " is famous line from management. But if you tell your problem/ suggestion/ issues, They have always reason to tell employee and You will not find any solution. - You cannot even talk to your co-worker/colleague.

Pros

No pros - It's wasting of your valuable time in a VERY LOW salary. - Management is ridiculous and EGOISTIC. - Company welcomes you for giving high amount of pressure and zero flexibility in a very low salary. - The only good thing is if you are good at self learning(Which is rather your special quality, not the company), you can spend some months here(Note- only some months if you have normal tolerance level).

Cons

###Employee Perspective### - They treat you like labourers. - You have to do what they say no matter its right or wrong. - Your ideas will not be implemented, but if the same thing is suggested by the higher level(HO)- action will be taken without any single thought. - Nobody in the company have guts to say against HO(main office in US) if you are right. - In Low salary, you only get Half an hour lunch break with zero flexibility and obviously so many Tantrums free of cost. - Salary structure is 10 years old. - Company spends time in time wasting projects which has no coding standards and no real use. This time could have been saved if started something innovative. - They take fresher's because they get recruited in low salary. - Non deserving people are playing a role of team lead- you know what I mean BAD POLITICS.

Pros

Except self learning there is no Pros. and they give opportunity to freshers. (so that they can hire in law salary). Good for fresher.

Cons

its 5 day working company. But most of Saturday you have to go office and there is no extra payment for that. after office hours they force you to sit more to work. As per market competition they that they can easily get new fresher employees, they force you to work 12 hours in a law salary. If you are married than your life and work will be unbalanced.
