      None - Steer clear of this place if you want a professional environment.

      Cons

      Absolutely awful company. Management freeze you out, take control. Everyone is for themself. They effectively coerce you into making the company look good by positibvely completing the 'Best Company' to work forms. This is the only reason this company has been in the top 5 for the last few years, peer pressure.

      Org chart is quite low, roles are not over-governed, offer room for expanding your authority.

      Sometimes workload is a bit hectic that reflects the market fluctuations. But its natural.

      Good Salary btu at the price of your mental health and well being

      Pros

      Good salary, five weeks holidays, useful knowledge about loans, leasing, credit cards and dept. Great team (mostly). Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Very stressful job. You are mostly on the phone and can't really take a breather in between calls. Everything is monitored; from the time of your calls, to the time you take to finish writing your notes, how long you take breaks, to even how long you are in the bathroom. If you don't comply to exactly what management wants from you, you are not going to have a good time. Management doesn't care about the quality of your job, they only want quantity. Any opinions how to improve work, is not welcomed. No possibility for growth. Do not recommend working there.
