      Pros

      Going home at the end of the day

      Cons

      This job is a living hell , management is nasty and dictator like . They want us to work 14 to 15 hours a day and come back in 10 , no rest or family time at all. Everyone driver that is a pro has quit or is making plans to quit. Dispatch and plant managers are pushing drivers to get out the gate faster because they don,t have enough drivers ,speed not safety , profit and managment bonuses are far more important.

      Large company, Stable industry, Co-workers are amazing.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, management has no communication skills. All jobs moving to Colombia. If you don't speak Spanish, forget going anywhere with this company.

      No Real Sustainable Vision

      Pros

      Good salaries and bonus structure. Company has little US knowledge in cement sector. Has acquired a lot of knowledge and talent. Flexible work schedules depending on job function.

      Cons

      Incredible and unrealistic demands from upper management. Internal politics rule. Hours are intense and expect to work well into the night after putting in full day. Company is rapidly acquiring but not adding the support staff to handle new acquisitions. Many departments have burned out staff that are to afraid to speak up for fear of losing their job.
