7yThank you for your review. I would like to clarify the comments in the below review. CenCal Health is a community-based organization that not only cares for our members; but also cares for our staff. Our employees are assets and essential to our organization! We offer our staff a professional work environment with flexible hours and/or schedules. Our dress code is business casual M-Th and Friday is casual day: jeans, appropriate tee-shirts, leggings – unfortunately casual does not include shorts and flip flops.
Although we offer flexible work hours/schedules, staff cannot “make their own hours”. There is also always leadership in every department during our business hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
We strive to be an employer of choice in Santa Barbara, offering competitive salaries, generous vacation & holidays, comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits including a CalPERS pension plan and 457 deferred income plan, a wellness program, a gym in our headquarters and even parking lot BBQs.
