      401k, PTO, Mentor Program, advancement, work life balance. Family atmosphere. Mission driven and life changing.

      Cons

      It's a nonprofit and although pay is competitive in the market, it will land mid-range versus top of the market.

      Great Mission, Great People, Great Place to Grow

      You really feel like the work you do matters. It’s rewarding to contribute to an organization that focuses on recovery, support, and long-term success for its clients. The company has passionate, dedicated individuals who care about the mission and each other. Collaboration is encouraged, and leadership is approachable and invested in growth. There are many opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and take on meaningful responsibilities.

      Cons

      Because the work is mission-driven and fast-paced, some days can be pretty full. It’s not overwhelming, but you do have to be flexible and ready to adapt as needs arise. That said, it also keeps the work interesting and fulfilling.
